Haynie, a Utah-based CPA and advisory firm, has announced the launch of Haynie IT, a new division focused on managed IT services and cybersecurity.
The expansion reflects a broader shift the firm has been making to integrate technology more directly into its advisory services. As businesses become increasingly reliant on interconnected systems, Haynie is positioning IT as a core component of financial and operational performance rather than a standalone function.
Haynie IT will provide proactive system monitoring, help desk support, cybersecurity management, and ongoing maintenance designed to reduce downtime and improve visibility into clients’ technology environments.
The new division is led by CTO Paul Kushlan, who previously owned and operated DynaQuest, an IT managed services provider, for nearly 20 years. That experience brings a practical, operator-focused perspective to the firm’s approach to technology services.
“Most IT providers focus on keeping systems running and secure, which is critical,” said Kushlan. “But technology also drives the data behind every business decision. Our goal is not just to protect systems, but to help clients better leverage their data to improve performance, visibility, and growth.”
Built on a security-first foundation, Haynie IT emphasizes early risk identification, strong system controls, and scalable infrastructure. The firm’s combined expertise in accounting, tax, and technology allows it to support clients not only in managing their IT environments, but in using those systems to make more informed business decisions.
Haynie IT will serve both existing clients and new organizations across Utah, with additional offices in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and multiple locations throughout Texas.
